This symposium aims to create an opportunity for academics and professionals in the international telecommunications community to exchange scientific and expert views with their peers regarding the latest developments in the field of emerging technologies. . In this symposium, side programs including keynote speeches, specialized meetings, presentation of papers and educational workshops will be held based on the slogan of the symposium and in line with the main scope of the symposium. PAPERS SUBMISSION:
• Papers must be prepared and submitted in English and represent new work and have not been previously published in other symposium papers or journals.
• Sending the paper to other symposiums at the same time will cause the paper to be rejected (at any stage).
• Papers should be prepared and organized according to the existing instructions available on the symposium website and should be sent only electronically through the symposium website.
• For each accepted paper, at least one author must be registered and present the paper at the symposium.
• Like the previous symposiums, after the symposium is approved by IEEE, the accepted English papers will be sent for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and IEEE digital library.
